Raymond C. Moore Medal for Paleontology
The Raymond C. Moore Medal is a palaeontology award given annually by the Society for Sedimentary Geology (SEPM) since 1980 . In particular, contributions related to sedimentology such as stratigraphy and paleoecology will be honored . It is named after Raymond C. Moore .
The winners are not tied to a nationality or membership in the SEPM.
