On October 7, 1951, the offensive player received Snella's trust for the first time and made his debut in a 1-1 draw against FC Sochaux in the top French division. In the following league encounter, he scored against Stade Reims to make it 1-1 and scored his first goal as a professional. At a time when substitutions and substitutions were not yet possible, he was able to advance to a regular player quickly after his debut and scored a total of eight goals in the course of the 1951/52 season. In the following season he scored just as often, but only narrowly escaped relegation with his team. On April 26, 1953, he suffered a triple fracture of the lower leg in a cup game against OSC Lille as a result of a duel with André Strappe and Cor van der Hart .

Haond did not fully recover from his injury from the cup game, so he was only called up irregularly in the 1953/54 season. After almost a year without consideration, he was on March 3, 1955 in a 3-0 win against AS Troyes Sainte-Savine again on the field. This was the last of 58 first division matches, in the course of which he scored 16 goals. After the end of his professional career, he played again for his previous club from La Talaudière. From 2009 he lived in a retirement home in Saint-Héand , where he died in May 2014.
