In 1942 the association was created from a merger of CD Delicias and Recreativo Europa as the association Recreativo Europa Delicias. In 1944 he joined a Real Valladolid farm team. Until 1973 it was called Recreativo Europa Delicias. 1973 renamed Real Valladolid Promesas. Since 1990 he has called himself Real Valladolid B. From 2019, the team will again appear as Real Valladolid Promesas.
