The Recely Bluff is a cliff of rock and ice on the Siple Island before Bakutis Coast of the West Antarctic Marie Byrd lands . It rises on the northeast slope of Mount Siple at a distance of 11 km from its summit.
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Frank J. Recely Jr. (* 1938), ionospheric physicist of the United States Antarctic Research Program on Byrd Station in 1965.
