Red Dragon , actually Leroy May (* 18th March 1966 in Kingston , † 31 July 2015 ibid), was a Jamaican dancehall - DJ .

biography

The single Sit Dung Pon It , recorded with his brother Michael May alias Flourgon , was the first ever DJ clash between siblings. The only chart hit Red Dragons is the song Compliments on Your Kiss , on which the reggae- singing duo Brian & Tony Gold played. The single entered the UK charts in July 1994 , stayed there for 21 weeks, including 6 weeks in the top 10, and reached number 2. Red Dragon died on July 31, 2015 at the age of 49 in the University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston after being admitted there the day before with high blood pressure and heart problems.
