history
UH Red Lions Frauenfeld are part of the KTV Frauenfeld. The floorball club was founded in 1989 and was able to celebrate successes with the small field team right from the start. When it was founded, the Red Lions became the first floorball club in the Canton of Thurgau. In 2017, the women's team was promoted to National League A.
Since the promotion season of 2016/2017, the women have been playing in the highest Swiss league, the National League A. In the playoffs, the Thurgau women defeated the floorball team of the Bernese Oberland . In the first season, the Red Lions reached the playoffs, but lost there to Piranha Chur .
In 2016, the first men's team was promoted to the first division. In the following two years they played in the playoffs.
In the 2017/18 season, the Red Lions reached the playoff semi-final against the Jona-Uznach Flames for the first time . In the 2018/19 season, relegation from the first division, in a contested series against the SV Waldenburg Eagles, could barely be prevented (2: 3 in the series). So the men are tackling the 19/20 season in the 2nd division.
Stadion
The Red Lions teams play their home games in the Kantihalle Frauenfeld . The Auenfeld sports hall at the local barracks is also used as a home hall.

Juniors
The juniors U21 play in the U21A, the top division of the U21s. They reached the semi-finals in the 2016/17 season, which was clearly lost 3-0 to UHC Laupen . Felix Gutzwiller, Armando Ehrensperger and Svenja Zell are the coach of the U21 women. Captain is Damaris Weber.
Juniors
The U21 Juniors played in the lowest division, the U21D, until 2010. In 2010 they managed to get promoted at the same time as the 1st team. The Frauenfeld youth team was able to establish itself well in the U21C and in the 2016/17 season they even managed to move up to the U21B, which is the 2nd highest league in the U21 category. The coach of the promotion team was Christian Osterwalder with Pascal Scholz as assistant coach. For the 2017/18 season, the coaching staff was expanded to include Jonathan Schneider as the new head coach and Siro Pfister as assistant coach. The promotion game was played in a best of 5 series against Unihockey Limmattal. The series won the Lions with 1: 3 and the last game they won with a 4: 5 away win. Kai Jucker, who was also the top scorer of the season, scored the game winning goal shortly before the end. In the first season in the U21B, relegation could be ensured in the last championship game.
The captain of the team in the 18/19 season is Maurice Stäheli. The coaches are the former NLA player Sabrina Favazzo together with head of sport Patrik Kressebuch and second team player Pirmin Egli. After a long season, with some very clear defeats, the juniors relegated to the U21C at the end of the 18/19 season.
