action
The two friends Attila and Remar are the leaders of a drunk and drug addict gang of teenagers in Los Angeles who specialize in using jet skis to hunt down drug smugglers off the coast of California and then sell them for a profit to the drug lord Calavera. Although business is going well, Remar plans to change his life out of love for his pregnant girlfriend Rebecca, but wants to land another big coup first. In the further course of the plot, it becomes apparent that Remar has big problems with Rebecca's pregnancy, becomes more and more irritable and unpredictable, while Attila takes care of the expectant mother instead. There is tension between Mark and Rebecca, but also between Mark and Attila.
One day, Blue, one of Remar's and Attila's gang, with a criminal record, is caught trafficking in drugs and arrested. When Calaveras is exposed to some illegal business and his brother is arrested, the drug lord thinks that Blue has betrayed him and his organization. He terminates the collaboration with Remar and demands the death of the disrespectful and apparent traitor Blue. Remar gradually comes to his senses and tries to protect his companion with a trick to smuggle him out of the country. But his plan fails, Blue is caught by Calavera's men and stabbed by the drug lord himself.
Meanwhile, Attila tries unsuccessfully to contact Blue at his refuge. He suspects what must have gone wrong, but nevertheless decides to carry out the final foray under the guidance of the aging "Doc". In the water, the petty criminals with their personal water scooters are already awaited by Calaveras captors, who manage to decimate the youthful gang in wild chases with their heavily armed motorboat. Among other things, they also kill Mark before the attackers themselves have a fatal accident.
Attila then swears revenge for the death of his friend, gathers three remaining henchmen around him and storms the drug lord's well-guarded property, armed. There are several firefights with dead on both sides when Doc and Attila manage to shoot Calavera in self-defense . The two steal a suitcase full of banknotes, which ensures the two a secure livelihood in the future. At the end of the film, Doc travels south to fulfill his long-cherished dream of a houseboat , while the more familiar Attila rides a motorcycle to Portland with Rebecca.
