La Punt Reformed Church
The Reformed Church in the village of La Punt double village La Punt-Chamues-ch in the Upper Engadine is a Protestant - Reformed church under protection of the canton of Grisons . Because of its atypical appearance for the Engadine and the continuous baroque style with onion dome, it is also called the Tyrolean Church.
History and equipment
The church was built after the end of the Grisons turmoil in 1680. It was last restored in 1985. The nave is octagonal and has numerous stucco decorations . The pulpit is striking because it is carved out of stone and protrudes from the church wall. The gallery with the organ is more recent, both were built in 1986.
Church organization
Within the Evangelical Reformed regional church of Graubünden , La Punt, which formed a pastoral community with Bever GR until the end of 2011 and merged with this village to form a parish called Las Agnas since January 1, 2012 , has been part of the Oberengadin refurmo parish since January 1, 2017 and with this to the Colloquium VII Engiadin'Ota - Bregaglia - Poschiavo - Sursès . Until 2017, La Punt was affiliated to the Upper Engadine parish association Il Binsaun , the forerunner of today's fusion parish .

The organ was built in 1986. The neo-baroque instrument has 8 stops on two manual works and a pedal.
