Regina Berlinghof

Regina Berlinghof (born November 12, 1947 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German writer and publisher .

Life

Regina Berlinghof spent her childhood, school and law studies in Frankfurt am Main . She is a fully qualified lawyer and library assistant. According to her own statements, she received a DAAD scholarship for a research stay in Cairo from 1975 to 1977.

She developed an interest in Israel, the Arab countries and the desert at an early age and studied Hebrew and Arabic. Accordingly, she spent longer stays in Israel and Egypt, desert vacations in the USA. Her interest in philosophy, religion, classical music and science flows into her literary and publishing work. Regina Berlinghof lives as a freelance writer and publisher in Kelkheim (Taunus) and claims to be employed part-time at a Frankfurt bank.

Services

Regina Berlinghof founded the YinYang Media Verlag in 1999 , which she put under the motto: "Literature, spirituality and free spirit". The program focuses on classic oriental love poetry and mystical poetry. She misplaces u. a. the verses of Hafez , Omar Chayyām , Kabir , Mirabai and the oriental adaptations of Hans Bethge .
