Regina Ernst

Regina Ernst (* in the 20th century) is a former German beauty queen as well as a photo model and actress .

Life

She worked as a saleswoman in Bad Zwischenahn . In 1954 Regina Ernst was elected Miss Northwest Germany and on June 20 that year in the Kurhaus of Baden-Baden she was elected Miss Germany .

The prize she won was a Dürkopp Diana 6V moped . This was a skilful advertising move: A photo with her and the machine soon became one of the most famous and popular advertising photos of the Dürkopp plants.

In the same year she took part in the Miss Universe election in Long Beach (California) and made it to the finals. It reached number 4.

Regina Ernst lives in Osnabrück today .
