Regine Stachelhaus

Regine Stachelhaus (born May 12, 1955 in Böblingen ) is a German lawyer and until summer 2013 a member of the E.ON AG Board of Management (responsible for HR).

Life

Regine Stachelhaus was born on May 12, 1955 in Böblingen, the middle of three children. Her father was mayor of the city for many years . In 1974, after graduating from high school, she began studying law at the University of Tübingen . She deepened in juvenile criminal law . She completed her legal clerkship from 1980 to 1982 at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court . After completing her studies, she worked for the Raich und Kollegen law firm in Böblingen for two years before starting her career at Hewlett-Packard . From 1984 to 1988 she was an in-house lawyer. In 1987 she took over the management of purchasing and building the sales organization. In the following years she worked as a manager for various areas, from 1995 to 1997 she was in charge of the legal and export department. From 1997 to 2000 she was Sales Director of the Consumer Business Organization Germany. In 2000 she took over the management of Hewlett-Packard GmbH. From May 2002 she was also Vice President IPG (Imaging and Printing Group). From 2009 to 2010 she took over the management of the German Committee for UNICEF eV

In June 2010 she was appointed to the Management Board of E.ON AG and is a member of the Supervisory Board of the ESMT European School of Management and Technology . On June 30, 2013, she left E.ON AG due to the illness of a close family member.

Since she left the board at E.ON AG, Stachelhaus has been working as a consultant for the chairman of the board, Johannes Teyssen . The Rheinische Post-online reported that they continue to receive payments for this activity. The point is that after five years of membership in the group, she will be entitled to a pension.

Stachelhaus was appointed to the supervisory board of Computacenter plc in June 2013 .

Stachelhaus was married to the musician Willi Stachelhaus († November 28, 2015) and has an adult son.
