Regla Maritza Bell (born July 6, 1970 in Havana ) is a Cuban national volleyball player .

Regla Bell won with the Cuban national team three times in a row the gold medal at the Olympic Games in 1992, 1996 and 2000, as well as two gold medals at the World Championships in 1994 and the 1998th

Regla Bell played for Ciudad Havana in her home country until 1998. She then played in Italy, first for a brief stint in 1998 in Naples and then for two years with Despar Perugia , with whom she won the Italian Cup in 1999 and the European Cup Winners' Cup in 2000.

After retiring from the national team and a two-year break, Regla Bell has played in various Spanish clubs since 2002. In between she was at the Brazilian São Caetano Esporte Clube in the 2009/10 season . In 2012/13 she was active in Indonesia at Manokwari Valeria and in 2014 in the Philippines at PLDT HOME TVolution.
