Reiko Ike
Reiko Ike ( Japanese 池 玲子 , Ike Reiko ; born May 25, 1953 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese actress and singer who is best known for her roles in Pinky Violence films and next to Meiko Kaji , Reiko Oshida and Miki Sugimoto is one of the most famous actresses of the genre. She often stood in front of the camera with Miki Sugimoto.
Life
Reiko Ike played her first film role in 1971 in the Pinku eiga Onsen mimizu geisha by director Norifumi Suzuki . She had her breakthrough in the same year with Sukeban buruusu: mesubachi no gyakushu , in which she and Miki Sugimoto played the leading roles. Four sequels with Reiko Ike were shot for this film until 1974. In 1971 the first and only album of her singing career was released. It was titled Kōkotsu no sekai and contained twelve songs that were backed with erotic moans. It was later re-released on CD.
Reiko Ike's most famous films also include Furyō anegodes: Inoshika Ochō (internationally known as Sex & Fury ), the Kyōfu joshikōkō series and Gyakushū! Satsujin ken with Sonny Chiba . In 1975 she starred in the horror film The Bedevilled by Lo Wei from Hong Kong . In Graveyard of Honor she can be seen in a supporting role.
In the late 1970s , she came into conflict with the law several times and was arrested for drug possession and illegal gambling . She then withdrew from the film business. Her last film was ōgon no inu , which was released in 1979.
