The Reindeer River ( English for "Reindeer River") is a 97 km long left tributary of the Yukon River in the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge in western Alaska .
The headwaters of the river are located a few kilometers south of the Yukon River between Russian Mission and Marshall . It flows northwestward and flows into the Dogtooth Bend east of Pilot Station in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta in the Yukon.
The aboriginal name for the river was documented by the US Coast and Geodetic Survey as "Nookak".
