In 1996, Brach established a second production site for ingot casting on the Arcelor / EKO site in Eisenhüttenstadt .
In 1999 the subsidiary Reiner Brach Profiles & Components GmbH & Co. KG was founded. This is where the production of complex flame-cut parts takes place. In 2003 Brach employed over 200 people. In 2004, the company's founder, Brach, handed over management to his son Stefan Brach. In 2005 the company gained American Steelmasters Ltd. in Houston / USA has its own sales branch for the North American market. In 2014 the new building of the in-house laboratory RB LAB was inaugurated. In the same year Stefan Brach handed over the management to Dr. Andreas Mansch.
By resolution of the two shareholders Stefan Brach and Dominic Brach, the company stopped production on March 31, 2016 and initiated an orderly liquidation phase. As a result, all employees were dismissed without a separate social plan - almost all employees were able to find new jobs through the company.
