Reinhard Eichelbeck (born March 4, 1945 in Lauterbach (Hesse) ) is a German journalist , writer and photographer.

Career

After studying psychology , German literature , art history and theater studies , he has been working mainly as an author and director for radio and television since 1968. He has published a number of radio plays, such as ' Der Homoaudiovideograph ', and made more than a hundred television films.

From 1976 to 1985 he was a permanent television editor in the family program of the NDR , where he initially supervised various children and youth programs, and later documentaries and documentary series. In 1985 he moved to the main editorial department for culture and science at ZDF , where he was responsible for the series INSIGHT until 1987 .

Reinhard Eichelbeck lives today in Dießen am Ammersee .
