Reinhard "Jesi" Jesionek (born October 6, 1964 in Vienna ) is an Austrian television presenter.

Life

Reinhard Jesionek started in 1983 as an assistant director, designer and reporter for the ORF youth magazine Okay and was news editor and spokesman for Radio Lignano . He moderated on Ö3 radio programs such as Club Ö3, Small Talk, Ö3-Nachtexpress, Ö3-Nachtradio and Freizeichen. From 1983 to 2000 he worked for ORF . There he designed contributions for the program Okay and was one of the Wurlitzer presenters (1987 to 1995). From 1988 to 1995 he was involved as a director and actor in industrial, PR and advertising films. From 1993 to 2000 he played in the television series Der Spritzen-Karli, appeared in the Little Comedy Vienna and had guest appearances in cabarets and on small stages.

From 1995 to 2000 he moderated together with Ricarda Reinisch and Theresia Zierler in the daily early evening magazine Willkommen Österreich . At the end of 2000 he left the ORF and became one of the faces of the Billa celebrity advertising campaign. In addition, he completed training as a helicopter pilot, completed coaching courses and has been holding seminars in management and media since 2004. In the national elections in Austria in 2002 he stood for the Liberal Forum .

Alternating with Elisabeth Engstler and Verena Scheitz , he presented the early evening broadcasts on ORF between June 2007 and September 2012, spring time, summer time, autumn time and winter time.

From 2015 to 2016 he moderated a daily updated live magazine on "ServusTV".

He works as a lecturer for media and communication technologies.
