Reinhard Patzina

Reinhard Gerhard Patzina (born November 9, 1948 in Groß-Gerau ) is a German lawyer and author .

Life

Reinhard Patzina worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Foreign and International Business Law at the University of Frankfurt am Main while studying law . He was also a Scientific Staff Member at the Institute for Foreign an International Trade Law at Georgetown University in Washington . He spent his fellowship at McGill University in Montréal , Canada .

In 1980 Patzina received her PhD. jur. on the legal protection of foreign private investors against the risks of expropriation in developing countries . He has been a resident attorney and certified tax lawyer since 1980 .

Patzina contested the tax deductibility of health insurance contributions at the Federal Fiscal Court and the Federal Constitutional Court . Previously a partner in a national law firm, he has been the name partner of a law firm in Frankfurt am Main since 1998 .

Patzina is the father of six children and lives near Frankfurt am Main.
