Reinhardt Thomas , run by the IAAF as Tomas Hilifa Rainhold (born February 7, 1991 ), is a Namibian long-distance runner who specializes in marathons and half marathons .

Thomas was Namibian champion over the 5000 and 10,000 meters in 2017 and 2018 . He took part in the 2019 World Athletics Championships and finished 17th in the marathon . Before that, he won the Navachab Half Marathon for the first time in his home country.
