Remtengrün is one of the nine districts of the small Saxon town of Adorf in the Vogtland district . The former village is about 5 km southeast of the city center and directly east of the Jugelsburg district . On November 16, 2010, 402 inhabitants were counted. Remtengrün had its first documentary mention in the 17th century and was incorporated on July 1, 1950.

Attractions
In Remtengrün there was a 20 m high wooden observation tower , which was built in 1993 and replaced by a steel version in 2020.

The German painter Karl-Heinz Adler was born in Remtengrün.
