René Oosterhof (born May 1, 1990 in Zwolle ) is a Dutch football player . The goalkeeper has played in the Dutch Eredivisie for SC Heerenveen since 2010 .
Career
René Oosterhof started his football career at the lower class Be Quick '28 Zwolle before joining FC Zwolle at the age of 11 . The tall goalkeeper also signed his first professional contract with the club from the province of Overijssel . He made his debut in the Dutch Second League in the 2009/10 season against the Go Ahead Eagles .
On June 15, 2010 Oosterhof signed a contract with the first division club SC Heerenveen until 2013. At SC Heerenveen he competes for the regular place in goal against Kenny Steppe , Brian Vandenbussche and Diederik Bangma . So far he has not been used under trainer Ron Jans , who was also born in Zwolle. For the Frisians , he wears jersey number 26.
