Renata Bekier (born February 3, 1991 in Sosnowiec ) is a Polish beach volleyball player .

Career

Bekier took part in 2008 with Kinga Kołosińska in the Youth World Cup in The Hague and finished 17th. In the same year she played her first open tournament on the FIVB World Tour in Mysłowice . In 2009 she formed a new duo with Daria Paszek . Bekier / Paszek finished ninth in the Youth World Cup in Alanya . The U20 European Championship in Greece they finished third. The following year they repeated this result in Catania . Then they took part in a Grand Slam for the first time in Stare Jabłonki and reached 25th place at the Junior World Championships in Alanya. At the national level, they won the Polish Junior Championship. In 2011, Bekier / Paszek finished seventh at the U23 European Championship in Porto and fourth at the Junior World Championships in Halifax . In 2012 the Grand Slam in Stare Jabłonki with Agnieszka Pregowska was the only international appearance for Bekier. In 2013 she formed a new duo with Agata Oleksy . Bekier / Oleksy came ninth at the U23 World Cup in Mysłowice. At the 2013 World Cup in Stare Jabłonki, Bekier / Oleksy retired after the preliminary round despite a victory over the Italians Gioria / Giombini .
