Renato Faverani (born November 25, 1969 ) is an Italian soccer referee who has been an assistant referee since 2007 . In Serie A he is also the first referee in league games.

Career

At the 2014 World Cup in Brazil , he was appointed to Nicola Rizzoli 's team of referees . He assisted in a total of four World Cup games.
