Rene-Herbert Heit (born December 27, 1987 in Friesach ) is an Austrian musical performer, actor and singer.

biography

Rene Heit grew up in Oberwölz . After finishing secondary school in music, he did an apprenticeship as a retail salesman. He sang in the Oberwölzer Gesangverein and became the lead singer of the bands Endless Nameless and Crime Inside . After completing his apprenticeship, Heit decided to do a musical education at Sing & Dance in Klagenfurt and then began musical training at the Musical Academy in Graz .

He took part in the Starnacht am Wörthersee and with David Hasselhoff as a background singer and as a soloist on the Musical Moments tour and performed at several galas with Marika Lichter . In 2012 he completed his training at the Raimund Theater . Heit became known through the personification of Michi in the world premiere of the musical Steirermen san very good in 2011.

Immediately after completing his training, he performed at the Vienna Musical Summer 2012 in the Wiener Arkadenhof . From autumn 2012, Heit taught drama and singing at Sing & Dance Klagenfurt, gave concerts and synchronized ORF productions for the visually impaired. In 2013 he was hired as a presenter, singer and dancer for the European tour Night of the Operettas , followed by roles like Raoul and Perser in the European tour production Phantom of the Opera with Deborah Sasson . In 2014 and 2015 he played the title role of Romeo in the musical Romeo and Juliet - The New World directed by Norberto Bertassi in the Stadttheater Mödling and also in the Wiener Musikverein . Heit was also a member of the 12 tenors who went on tour around the world in 2015 and 2016 and performed on the Berlin fan mile (360,000 visitors) at the end of the tour. Heit now also deals with Austropop music.
