Junior Luge World Championships 1984
The 2nd Junior World Luge Championship was held in Austria in January 1984 . The individual disciplines were decided on January 21 in Imst , the junior doubles on January 22 in Bludenz . The starting field in the junior single-seater comprised 38 participants from 16 nations, including Austria, the Soviet Union , the German Democratic Republic , the Federal Republic of Germany and Norway . The track length of the juniors was 800 m, that of the juniors 600 m.
