The Resolution 775 of the UN Security Council of 28 August 1992 deals with - from civil war and famine drawn - Situation in Somalia and includes increasing the staff of the peacekeeping operation UNOSOM .

The resolution refers to the previous resolutions 733 , 746 and 751 and allows the increase of the entire staff, in particular the blue helmets, in order to be able to enforce the goals of the UN in Somalia.

The resolution was passed by the United Nations Security Council at its 3110th session.
