Resul Pookutty
Resul Pookutty ( Malayalam റസൂൽ പൂക്കുട്ടി ; born May 30, 1971 in Vilakkupara , Kollam , Kerala ) is an Indian sound designer , sound engineer and sound engineer .
Life
Pookutty began his career in sound engineering in 1997 with the feature film Private Detective: Two Plus Two Plus One . Since then he has been involved in numerous Bollywood productions. In addition to Indian films such as Saawariya , Enthiran and RA.One - Superhero with a Heart , he also worked on the British films Slumdog Millionaire and Best Exotic Marigold Hotel . In 2009 he received the Oscar in the Best Sound category for Slumdog Millionaire together with Ian Tapp and Richard Pryke . He also won the BAFTA Film Award in the Best Sound category for the film .
