The Rheinisch-Westfälische Berufskolleg Essen (RWB Essen) in Essen 's Frohnhausen district is the largest special needs school for the deaf and hard of hearing in Germany . As an upper secondary school , it offers courses up to technical college entrance qualification and general university entrance qualification .
