Ricardo Cardona
Ricardo Cardona Caceres (* 11. November 1952 in San Basilio Palenque ; † 11. October 2015 in Barranquilla ) was a Colombian boxer in the super bantamweight .
Career
On September 15, 1973, he successfully made his professional debut. On May 7, 1978, he became World Champion of the WBA when he defeated Soo-Hwan Hong by technical knockout in round 12. He defended this title five times and lost it to Leo Randolph in May 1980 .
In 1982 he ended his career.
