Ricardo Moar

Ricardo Moar Ríos (born September 20, 1953 in Ordes , La Coruña province ) is a Spanish football official .

Life

Moar lived in Lippstadt from 1960 to 1971 and then returned to La Coruña with his parents . Then he was active from 1971 to 1987 for Deportivo La Coruña and Real Valladolid as a professional and completed 344 first and second division games. He then worked as a car salesman for four years. He then became a goalkeeping coach and was employed by Deportivo La Coruña as technical director from 1994. On July 1, 2002, he became sports director of the newly promoted German Bundesliga, Hannover 96 . The engagement of Ilja Kaenzig on July 1st, 2004 meant that Moar was curtailed in his competencies and finally “only” as a scoutacted. After much back and forth, club boss Martin Kind announced the amicable separation on July 22, 2004. Moar started working for Deportivo La Coruña again on August 23, 2004.

Since the beginning of the 2011/2012 season, Moar has been the " Gestion Deportiva " of the Andalusian club FC Cadiz.
