Ricardo Sáenz de Ynestrillas Pérez (born November 30, 1965 in Madrid ) is a Spanish national syndicalist politician.

Sáenz de Ynestrillas Peréz was born in 1965 as the son of the military Ricardo Sáenz de Ynestrillas Martínez, who later participated in the planned coup attempt " Operación Galaxia " and was murdered by the Basque underground organization ETA . At the age of eleven, he joined the youth organization of the right-wing extremist organization Fuerza Nueva .

With one of his brothers he tried to set an incendiary device at the Toledan headquarters of the UCD People's Party . In 1983 he ambushed two police officers who wanted to control him and two other National Syndicalists with submachine guns.

Sáenz de Ynestrillas was charged in 1993 with the 1989 murder of Basque MP Josu Muguruza ( Herri Batasuna party ) and attacks against Herri Batasuna facilities together with policeman Ángel Duce . Duce had called Sáenz de Ynestrillas an accomplice at the beginning of the proceedings, but exonerated him in court. Two of the three judges rated Duce's initial statements as implausible and acquitted Sáenz de Ynestrillas.

In the 1990s he founded several right-wing extremist parties, including the Alianza por la Unidad Nacional, which was revived in 2005 under the name Alianza Nacional.

The Supreme Court ( Tribunal Supremo ) upheld Sáenz de Ynestrillas 'sentence in 2001 to seven years' imprisonment for attempted homicide in a drug environment.

After his release from prison he worked as a lawyer again. He is still active in various neo-fascist organizations.
