Richard Albrecht (engineer)

Richard Albrecht (born August 26, 1871 in Sommerfeld , † after 1935 ) was a German engineer

Life

After attending grammar school, he went to the Technical University in Berlin-Charlottenburg from 1892 to 1896 , where he graduated as an engineer, later he did his doctorate in engineering. In 1900 he was appointed government master builder. As such, he worked as a senior teacher at the Prussian mechanical engineering school in Berlin . In 1908 he was promoted to the imperial government council and after the end of the First World War to the secret and senior government councilor.

One of his most important publications was the book Die Akkumulatoren für Elektrizität , published in 1912 as volume 620 in the Göschen collection . He himself worked for the Göschen Collection.

Richard Albrecht was a member of the Reich Patent Office and lived in Berlin-Zehlendorf .
