Richard Hartmann (businessman)
Karl August Richard Hartmann (born March 14, 1859 in Budissin (today Bautzen ), † January 3, 1933 there ) was a German national liberal politician .
Live and act
After attending secondary school in his hometown of Bautzen, Hartmann worked on site as a businessman, most recently as a privateer.
From 1903 to 1918 he represented the NLP 's 2nd urban constituency in the Second Chamber of the Saxon State Parliament in the Kingdom of Saxony . From 1909 to 1913 he acted as deputy second secretary, then until 1918 as deputy first secretary of the Chamber. In the Weimar Republic he belonged to the DDP of the Saxon People's Chamber in 1919/20 .
