Richard Harwood

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Richard Harwood (pseudonym of Richard Verall , * 1948 in England ) is the editor of Spearhead , an organ of the right-wing , neo-fascist British National Front in England. Harwood became famous for publishing a book called Did Six Million Really Die? The Truth at Last , a pamphlet in which the existence of gas chambers in the concentration and extermination camps was denied ( see also: Holocaust denial ).

On the occasion of its publication in Germany in 1974 under the title Died Really 6 Million in the historical facts series (Verlag für Volkstum und Zeitgeschichtsforschung by Udo Walendy ), the brochure was sent to all members of parliament, to many journalists and academics, representatives of the Jewish communities in England and sent to numerous public figures. The typeface is by no means Harwood's own contribution. It is largely a copy of The Myth of the Six Million by the American historian David Hoggan .
