Career

Richard Huber, also known as "Ritschi" or "Rico" Huber, played (after his early years in lower-class clubs) with Austria Klagenfurt in the 2nd division (1991-1993), then with FC St. Veit , which is in the lower league , with which he was promoted to the regional league (1993–1998), then for a year with the SVG Bleiburg (1998/99), who also played a part in the regional league , and another year in St. Veit (1999/2000); subsequently until the end of the 2001/02 season with the amateur team of FC Carinthia, which played in a syndicate with ASK Klagenfurt . There were further engagements in turn at lower clubs, where he partly already got into the coaching office, whereby his playing career came to an end. He was already working as a trainer in 2006 at the “Federal Youth Center” in Klagenfurt . In the 2006/2007 season, Huber, who was intended as an interim coach, was due to the surprising withdrawal of the responsible coach Michael "Mischa" Petrović, officially known as Mihailo Petrović , from June 16, 2006 (source: "Kronen-Zeitung", Carinthia edition from 30 June 2006; title "Young, hungry") sole responsible for FC Kärnten . In the following season 2007/2008 he worked as a coaching team with Werner Bürgler at the same club. After intermediate positions at SVG Bleiburg and WSG Wietersdorf, he became a trainer at GSC Liebenfels on July 1, 2010 . Since January 1, 2013 he has been a trainer at SK Kühnsdorf , with whom he won the title in the "Unterliga Ost" in 2013/14 and was promoted to the Carinthian regional league.
