Richard Tschammer

Richard Tschammer (born January 6, 1860 in Gera ; † December 11, 1929 in Leipzig ) was a German architect .

Tschammer ran the architecture office “Weidenbach und Tschammer” in Leipzig together with the architect Georg Weidenbach . Like Weidenbach, he was given the honorary title of building officer . In 1916 he separated from Weidenbach and worked with Arno Caroli from 1920.

On November 19, 1998, it was decided to name a new street in the “Crottendorfer Plan” development area in the Leipzig district of Anger-Crottendorf in Tschammerstraße, but this street has not yet been built.
