Richard Warwick

Richard Warwick , actually Richard Carey Winter (born April 29, 1945 in Meopham , Kent , † December 16, 1997 in London ), was a British actor .

Life

Warwick worked as a film and stage actor in the United Kingdom. He made his film debut in Franco Zeffirelli's production Romeo and Juliet (1968) in the small supporting role of Gregory. One of his most memorable roles he played in the same year as one of the rebellious students in Lindsay Anderson's If .... . Until 1996 he was seen in various film roles and television series (e.g. in Please Sir! 1971). In December 1997 he died of complications from AIDS at the age of 52 .
