The Richmond Peak is the 3595 m high central mountain peaks in the massif of Toney Mountain in West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1971. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1976 after Addison E. Richmond Jr. (* 1933) of the United States Department of State , Chairman of the Inter-Agency Committee on Antarctica from 1971 to 1972.
