Ricky Tognazzi

Ricky Tognazzi (actually Riccardo Tognazzi ; born May 1, 1955 in Milan ) is an Italian actor and director . His father is the actor and director Ugo Tognazzi (1922–1990). He had his first appearance in a film in 1963 in Ro.Go.Pa.G. and has since acted in over 50 films.

In 1988 Tognazzi made his debut as a director and directed an episode of a television series. More than 15 television and film productions followed, in which he took over the direction.

He won the 1991 Silver Bear for Best Director for his film Ultra . In 1996 he was awarded the Alfred Bauer Prize .
