UGK's third album reached position 15 on the Billboard 200 . In total, it stayed in the US album charts for thirteen weeks. In the list of Top R & B / Hip-Hop Albums, Ridin 'Dirty took second place.

criticism

The German hip-hop magazine Juice reviewed the studio albums UGKs in 2011. Ridin 'Dirty received six out of a possible six “crowns” and thus the highest rating. Editor Alex Engelen described Ridin 'Dirty as one of “ the three best Dirty South albums of all time. “The productions by Pimp C , for example, are praised , whose basses, drums and samples form an“ untouchable and timeless body of sound ”. The texts are also rated positively. The rappers' “ descriptions of reality ” have been implemented with “ simple means ” in a multifaceted way. Engelen also describes the piece One Day as a “ track of the century. "
