Riedholz ( westallgäuerisch Rierdholz ) is a village of the municipality Maierhöfen in Lindau and part of the region Westallgäu .

The place on the edge of the nature reserve Eistobel is about 1.5 km southeast of Maierhöfen and is at the foot of the Riedholzer Kugel and the Iberg .

The place name came from the isolated settlement of an Alemanni named Ruadolt .

The Iberg ski lift is located in the village .
