The Ringstrasse is a street in the town of Merkendorf in the Franconian Lake District ( Middle Franconia ).

course

The Ringstrasse runs in a ring around the old town . In the north, west and south it is part of the state road 2220, before this in turn joins the main road at the lower gate . The ring road then goes along the water-filled moat in the south as a footpath. In the east it is interrupted by the street Am Grenzbuck at the property on Ringstrasse 1 as far as the Taschentor . From the Taschentor to the Upper Gate , the Ringstrasse runs as an inner-town road; then it turns into State Road 2220. The ring is closed. The ring road runs along the city wall during its course . There are some allotments on it . In some places the ring road is not built and therefore merges into the Merkendorfer corridor.
