The Rivière Koroc is a river in the extreme northeast of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Koroc has its source in the Torngat Mountains . It flows mainly west to Ungava Bay . The 161 km long river drains an area of ​​4040 km². The most important tributary is the Rivière André-Grenier from the right.
