Rivière Mouchalagane is a river in the Côte-Nord administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .

It has its origin in the Lac du Sommet at the 53rd  parallel north longitude. From there it flows over 132 km in a southerly direction, flowing through Lac Itomamis and flowing into the northwestern part of the Réservoir Manicouagan , which is called Lac Mouchalagane . The catchment area covers 3263 km², the mean discharge  71 m³ / s. From the source of the river to the mouth of the Rivière Manicouagan in the Saint Lawrence River, the length of the river is 560 km.
