The River Rivière Patapédia ( English Patapedia River) is a left tributary of the Restigouche River (Rivière Ristigouche) in the Canadian provinces of Québec and New Brunswick (Nouveau-Brunswick).

It has its origins in the Monts Notre-Dame mountain range in Québec in Lake Lac Long . From there it flows in a south-easterly direction. It flows through the lakes Lac des Chasseurs and Lac Patapédia . Later the tributaries Rivière Patapédia Est and Rivière Meadow flow into the river on the left. The last 30 km to its confluence with the Restigouche River, the Rivière Patapédia forms the border between Québec and New Brunswick. The river length is approximately 80 km.
