The Rivière Pikauba is a river in the Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .
The river has its origin in the east of the Laurentine Mountains in the outflow-regulated lake Lac Pikauba . Below the Barrage Pikauba-1 , the Rivière Pikauba initially flows 20 km in a south-southwest direction, but then turns sharply north and maintains its course up to its confluence with the western part of the Lac Kénogami reservoir - about 20 km southwest of the city of Saguenay . The Rivière Pikauba flows through the Réserve faunique des Laurentides . The rivers Rivière Apica , Rivière Pika and Rivière aux Écorces flow into the river on the left. The Petite rivière Pikauba meets the Rivière Pikauba on the right. There are several dams along the course of the river: Barrage Pikauba-3 , Barrage Pikauba-5 , Barrage Pikauba-6 and Barrage Pikauba-7 . The river has a length of about 120 km.
