The Rivière Tuttutuuq is a river in the north of the Canadian province of Québec .
The Rivière Tuttutuuq has its origin in the approximately 300 m high lake Lac Sivulijartalik . It flows in a predominantly northerly direction through the northeast of the Labrador Peninsula . It flows through the lakes Lac Treillet and Lac Ikkarujaq . The Rivière Qurlutuq runs east of the Rivière Tuttutuuq , west of the Rivière Marralik . 20 km above its mouth, the river flows through the elongated lake Lac Tuttutuuq , which widens the river. Finally, the Rivière Tuttutuuq flows 100 km northeast of Kuujjuaq into the Baie Alukpaluk , a bay on the south coast of Ungava Bay . The river length is 93 km. The catchment area covers 1841 km².
The river name is derived from the Inuit word Tuttutuup , which means "place of the caribou". The river used to be called Rivière Tuctuc . There are other forms of the name such as Tuktuk , Tuktokuk and Tuktukuk .
