Robert Compaore

Robert Compaore (born October 4, 1965 in Manga , Zoundwéogo Province ) is a diplomat of the Republic of Burkina Faso .

Education

He received a diploma from the École nationale d'administration et de magistrature .

Career

From 1988 to 1992 he was administrative assistant at the Ministre de la Fonction Publique et de la modernization de l'Administration (Ministry of the Interior) in Ouagadougou . From 1994 to 1997 he was the third class legation secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ouagadougou . From 1997 to 2001 he was Secretary of the Third Class in Paris . In 2004 he was Counselor in the Foreign Ministry. From 2004 to 2006 he headed the legal advisory service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2006 to 2007 he headed the human resources department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2007 to 2012 he was a second class counselor in Brussels . In 2012 he was a counselor in the Foreign Ministry. From 2012 to 2013 he was an advisor to Alassane Ouattara , President of the West African Economic Community Commission in the special representation in Guinea-Bissau . From 2013 to 2015 he was a delegation counselor to the Burkinabe Mission to the West African Economic Community . He speaks French, English, Mòoré . On January 21, 2016, he was accredited as an ambassador to the Holy See by Pope Francis .
