Robert Stäger
Robert Stäger ( Robert Stäger-Donat; born June 19, 1902 in Villmergen , † January 27, 1981 in Muri ) was a Swiss freelance writer and dialect poet .
He wrote cheerful and contemplative short stories and poems in the Freiämter dialect and above all described village life in and around Villmergen. In addition, he became known through radio broadcasts and chronicler of everyday rural life.
From 1936 to 1967 he was a teacher at the Wohlen district school .
