Robert Vorholt

Robert Vorholt (born August 10, 1970 in Münster ) is a German theologian .

Life

He studied Catholic theology in Münster and Paris . After his ordination in 1999 he was a pastor in the diocese of Münster . After completing his doctorate in exegesis of the New Testament in 2007 at the Catholic-Theological Faculty of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum , he became a research assistant and assistant to Thomas Södings at the New Testament Chair at the Catholic-Theological Faculty in Bochum in 2008 . After completing his habilitation in April 2012, he became a private lecturer at the Ruhr University. He has been a full professor since the 2012/2013 academic yearfor exegesis of the New Testament at the University of Lucerne .
